今回は弊社の商品の中でも最も人気の高い御朱印帖を紹介させて頂きます。

日本の長い歴史と文化に培われた和本類の一つが御朱印帖（Goshuin-cho）です。

御存知の通り宗教的意味合の強いものでありますが、近年は御朱印集めを熱心にされる方が大変増えているようです。　本来的には神社仏閣を参拝し、お祈りをし又其の後お寺などでは写経を行い、その御印として御朱印を頂くことが本来の流れですが、少し現代は宗教的色合いが薄れているかもしれません。

御朱印を集める目的の和本（和のノート・Japanese notebook）が御朱印帖であり、参拝された所で買い求められる場合や、又御本人の趣味に合わせて御店で買い求めらる場合もあります。形状はアコーディオンタイプとなっており、表紙デザインは様々、中の紙は弊社の場合越前奉書紙が主に利用されております。

最近は弊社も世の影響を大いに受け御朱印帖の受注が急増しております。全国の様々な場所から御注文が舞い込み大変な状況となっております。歴史的な有名所の御朱印帖も数多く御仕立させて頂き、OEM商品も多数手掛けております。

Goshuin-cho

We’d like to introduce one of our most popular products, “Goshuin-cho’’.

It’s one kind of traditional Japanese“notebook’’. It is accordion style and used to collect “Goshuin”stamp images. Japanese temples and shrines have large rubber stamps with different kinds of images which visitors can use to stamp in special blank page books as a souvenir. People like to collect these images without any special religion meaning. Each temple and shrine has its own“Goshuin’’style and“Goshuin-cho’notebook. These are quite artistic. Just now there’s a kind of boom among young people to travell all over Japan to collect these images.　A Goshuin image is a red seal with black calligraphy on top. Our company makes a lot of these notebooks for famous temples and shrines. At KODO we make our own brand products and also products for other companies. We have had a lot of experience making Japanese traditional notebooks, so our skills are very high. We are proud of our craftsmanship.
